The process of papermaking

Disperse pulp: Disperse the pulp to remove impurities.
Refined pulp: Further process the pulp to ensure uniform fiber distribution.
Beating: Using beating equipment to make fibers softer.
Preparation of additives: Add various additives as needed.
Mixing and flow of paper materials: The processed paper materials are sent to the paper machine through a flow system.
Squeezing section: Use a squeezing roller to squeeze the paper material and remove excess moisture.
Drying section: Stick wet paper onto the dryer and dry it at high temperature.
Surface coating and calendering: Apply surface coating and calendering treatment to dried paper.
Roll into paper: Finally, roll the processed paper into a paper roll.
